Stephen Wilson is the Village Attorney

The Village Attorney is responsible as the principal legal advisor to the Village Board of Trustees and all Village Departments. In addition, the Village Attorney represents the Village of Castleton-on-Hudson is all legal matters. This department also plays part in drafting local laws and ordinances for the Village.
